The unique and rarely trekked routes of Nar-Phu Valley offers the adventurous trekker a bit of everything Nepal has to offer. The trek begins with an unforgettable scenic drive to Besisahar where we leave our vehicle to begin our trek of gradual ascents and descents along the Marshyangdi River valley to Koto. Passing ancient monasteries, Mani stone walls, colourful chortens and mudflat -roofed homes that line the small villages we pass through gives us an impression that time has stood still. Once we enter into the Nar- Phu valley we notice Himalayan pines, breathtaking views of the Annapurna range, Tibetan styled villages and picturesque high plateau.

After experiencing the nature, culture and hospitality of Nar-Phu, we exit the Nar-Phu valley via the challenging Kang La pass (5,320m) and pick up the main Annapurna Circuit route at Braga, where we continue to Manang village and steadily make our way up and over the Thoroung La pass (5416m). As we descend, we visit the holy village of Muktinath and continue on to Kagbeni, the gateway to Upper Mustang, and to the airstrip at Jomsom for our flight back to Pokhara and then onto Kathmandu.
