At 6,476m, Mera Peak is the highest permitted trekking peak in Nepal. It is situated to the south of Mount Everest and dominates the thickly wooded and remote Hinku valley.

The Mera Peak expedition is technically straightforward, but there are some crevasses to negotiate and the route can be long and demanding after a fresh snowfall. The climb from Mera La (5,415 meters) on the northern face to the summit is gradual and offers an outstanding mountain panorama of the Eastern Nepal Himalayas.

We offer a fully supported, tented camping expedition, where our cook and kitchen staff prepare  fresh and hygienic food. We ensure that all of your team members have the necessary climbing skills and confidence to successfully summit Mera Peak. It is not mandatory to have prior climbing experience, as this is a non-technical, trekking peak in the Nepal Himalaya.
